Completing the collection and delivery on the website was super easy. I actually forgot to add a number for the delivery address but I simply went to their online chat bot to speak to an Agent.

I was put thru to Althea Jacobs and I literally only had to send I message with the number and tracking number and she sorted it within 2 minutes.
