Fast and efficient customer service !

Dropped off a parcel on a Sunday at one of their lockers and forgot to add the waybill number. Was stressing about the outcome and emailed customer service not expecting a respond as it's Sunday , but Sihle Mngoma responded almost immediately, not only reassuring me that it would be processed correctly with the waybill I provided but also providing the date it would happen(the next day!). Instantly putting me at ease , extremely impressed with the customer service and swiftness that the matter was dealt with.
