Far from happy never mind satisfied with service received from the courier guy

Lost an hour and a half calling the courier guy to follow up on a parcel that was apparently "delivered" to someone else but me. I do not understand how they give you a pin to use once delivery is done but end up delivering to someone else.... Funny thing is, even the person they claim to have delivered to has no knowledge of ever receiving the package. This is completely unprofessional. My whole morning has been ruined because of this. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone
