Xavier from the Johannesburg branch is a Customer Service legend! He understands what customer service is actually about - serving the customer!

TCG is my go-to courier and has been faithful in their service delivery for many years. I've come to expect nothing less of excellence from them, and Xavier exceeded that expectation when I made a mundane call to check in on the delivery of multiple parcels.
