Fantastic Customer Service

I would like to thank Annah, customer care agent who helped me make an informed decision about how to get my parcel sent to Pretoria, she was polite and knowledgeable.

Not only did the parcel arrive and was received by the recipient, it was done in a "express" time and arrived a full day quicker than expected.

I tried mailing Savanna, Annah's Manager but I must have taken the email incorrectly.
