False reporting of collection information and feedback

The worst experience.

I placed a collection order on the 09/05 for collection in JHB and delivered in CPT.

Staff members are manipulating the system exactly after collection time cut off and send a note that your order was not ready, while they did not arrive nor communicate.

The order was subsequently cancelled after as depot center staff named Warren confirmed it would be collected today, but clearly they are consistent with failing to collect & making it the customers fault.
