False report

I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving currently from the company specifically the branch in Khathu..... After 3 calls notifying me to be at the drop off point.... 30mins before the delivery I get a call from a lady in the same branch forgot her name, yet of my memory serves me right it must be Angela.... She said that my parcel is not going to be delivered at the time of delivery which was the 3rd of January as on the system from her side there's no notes, regardless of me explaining that I got a call to get ready to pick up the parcel she insisted that it's not there it will only be delivered today which is the 4th..... I go online to track my order guess what the notes read as follows "Client was not there to meet with the driver" and I'm like how so? When I got a call to say my parcel won't be delivered..... OK I call back the number that called me yesterday wanting to know the status of my parcel which I apparently wasn't there for as there has been no communication...... Spoke to Beukes regarding the incident and false report of me not being at the drop off point, she then responded by saying that I was in the wrong, no matter how many times I explained that how can I agree to 3 people who called me an hour before the actual time of delivery? And not be there? And I still explained to her that had o known in time I'd make arrangements to pick up the order I'm at work myself now I'm being ordered to say I must again be at the drop off point at 09:20am remember I called them not the other way around of which I believe that as much as I was called so that my order is canceled for today its only fair again that I'm informed in time so I make necessary arrangements..... I'm not sitting around twitching my fingers I work and I'm accountable to my seniors..... I'm very disappointed in this kind of unprofessionalism
