False rating and extremely bad service

I recently recieved a parcel sent via TCG. Wen I opened the package it was broken. They keep on telling me I should've taken out insurance, but why should I pay extra for a service they are already suppose to deliver, safe courier of customers parcels. They are implying that they can handel my package however they want to and they will only help if I pay extra for insurance.

Then when I went to rate there aervice, their website would not allow me to give a bad rating. I tried 5 times to give a rating of 1, but everytime I recieved an message saying "Error 404, Page expired". When I then clicked the 10 rating it immediately went through and ai got a "thank you for making use of the courier guy" message.

This is a lovely way of boosting your ratings by not allowing a customer to write an honest review.

Worst service ever!
