False Promises from delivery ***

On WhatsApp Portal, they promised delivery "Today" yet they bailed out and post "Failed Delivery Attempt" !!! Not a single telephone call, a text message, or a WhatsApp message or call!!! Conveniently decided my parcel is not that important!! I have to keep my promises to my clients, based on the Courier ***'s promises! I am disgusted!!!
