False promises and bad service

The Courier Guy sends me a message this morning that package is out for delivery. I even called them they said it will be delivered before 5. Before 2pm after waiting since morning they tell me I'll get my package on Monday. What unprofessionalism and disrespect to my time this is. *** Modise
