False delivery claims, disrespect and poor service

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional and disappointing service I received from Courier Guy Secunda.

On Thursday, I received a WhatsApp message claiming that my parcel had been delivered. However, no parcel was delivered to me. I immediately contacted the branch and spent the entire day following up. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back, yet I never received any call back.

Instead of acknowledging their mistake, I was even told that “the driver cannot lie,” implying that I was not being truthful,which I found extremely disrespectful and unacceptable.

I was later reassured that my parcel would definitely be delivered early on Friday morning (today), Once again, this did not happen. No one bothered to contact me with an update.

At 12:20 today, I had to call again, only to be told that the driver did not take my parcel because his vehicle is “small” and he still had other deliveries to do. This is very confusing because the previous day they claimed the parcel had already been delivered. To make matters worse, I was informed that they knock off at 15:00, with no cer*****y that my parcel will be delivered before then.

This entire experience has shown: • Dishonesty in claiming a delivery was made when it was not • Lack of communication and failure to provide promised callbacks • Poor customer service and no accountability • Unreliable and inconsistent information from staff

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I entrusted Courier Guy with my parcel and expected a professional service. Instead, I received false information, disrespect, and a complete lack of responsibility.

I request urgent intervention and a clear explanation, as well as immediate delivery of my parcel along with an apology for the inconvenience caused.

This level of service is unacceptable and must be addressed.
