False advertising

I would not recommend this company if you have any sense of urgency. They advertise "overnight " at an EXTRA cost and then throw "1 to 2 days" at you when you query why your package is delayed.

THAT👏🏼 IS👏🏼 NOT👏🏼 WHAT👏🏼 OVERNIGHT👏🏼 MEANS👏🏼!

Perhaps a quick dictionary search before branding a service would be useful in preventing future disappointment. When I pay for "overnight," it should be EXACTLY that. False advertising feels like entrapment when you dare to charge extra. This isn't the first time they have done this to me
