Failure of Service

Over the past month, month and a half, I've had to get different stuff couriered to me from various places. These places used The Courier Guy and charged me for Over Night courier. The courier was marked as Over Night as well, but The Courier Guy has failed me on 4 separate occasions of the 5 separate occasions they were used.

I did not pay for Over Night courier only to get my parcel 3 days later, or the last delivery of the day. The items that were couriered to me were done over night as they were needed urgently. I'm currently waiting for a Over Night delivery that was sent to me on Friday (understanding that couriers don't work on the weekend), I was told at 16h30 that I would have my parcel by 17h30, and now I'm still waiting for it. I can't get hold of any After Hours number and beyond frustrated. I have paid for something I am not getting, and I won't get a refund on it.

I will ensure that this company is never used again to send me anything. If you are a company that uses The Courier Guy, I highly recommend you change courier services.
