Failed delivery attempts by The Courier guy is just nonesense

The courier guy has now a new pandemic of failed attemopts to deliver our packages for days on ends without even giving what the reason is. I have not been contacted or emailed to be notified of what the issue is. All the drivers do is bind by Doringkloof just after BMA the whole day. I initially thought they meet there to exchange packages, but they are there the whole just binding and when our packages are suppsoed to be delivered, all of a sudden they facing difficulties deliverying without any phone call or email to explain what that difficulty is. This is nonesense
