Extremely Unreliable and Dishonest Service

I had no choice but to use Courier Guy for my Amazon order, and every time I deal with them it’s a nightmare. We paid for same-day delivery on 05/06/2026, but the package never arrived. The driver falsely claimed he came to our address and called us “many times” — complete lies, as we received no calls and no delivery attempt. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Courier Guy, and it’s clear they have no respect for customers or the service we pay for. Their dishonesty and unreliability make them one of the worst courier companies I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them if you can — paying for their “express” service is throwing money away.
