Extremely unhappy customer

I received an sms and email that my parcel will be delivered today...I cancelled my plans...just before 4 in the afternoon I tracked my order and it said " receiver uncontactable" and I never received their call and it was updated again it said " I'm not available at the provided address" something of that sort....I called and whoever picked up the call I asked what's going to happen....she answered after being silent for some time.....I even had to asked if she's still on the phone...she said the will attempt again tomorrow...I explained that I'm not available the whole day and she said they will try on Monday....you could hear that she didn't what to assist as if I'm boring her
