Extremely unhappy
The Courier Guy i am extremely unhappy with your service. Trying to get a hold of anyone on a phone is impossible, your whatsapp robots and peoplr answering emails are useless! YOU have damaged a parcel worth almost R4000 now i cant get hold of anyone to assist in this matter. I have sent a whatsapp, i have emailed support(this is the biggest joke of all, a person answering me with no actual answer, emails that dont even make sense) complained on your fb page and still NO ACTUAL PERSON calling me on this matter. Why would i want to use your company again ?? Is this the way you treat clients that have been using your services for years? I am not stopping until someone phones me for my banking details to deposit back the loss o have encountered due to your employees neglegance!!!
Ruben Campbell the person emailing me is extremely unhelpful and seems like he really does not want his job and is most definitely not there for customer help or satisfaction. His emails are dismal to say the least
