Extremely rude, impatient, unprofessional delivery drivers

Now I understand why courier guy has such an extremely low review rate. We had a very interesting experience today with a delivery. We were called to say that the delivery driver is standing in front of the house. We requested him to wait 5min as we are very close to the house. He was extremely rude, impatient, unprofessional and seems very agitated when you speak to him. If this is the type of people that you guys employ to work for you and to uphold your company name, you are doing a terrible job at it. Hope it will improve and change in due time as not everyone will accept being treated in such a manner
