Extremely poor service from both Ceres and Worcester The Courier Guy

I needed to send a parcel from the Western Cape to Gauteng. I contacted the Ceres office first, but the phone was put down on me several times. I then contacted the Worcester office and the gent who answered the phone told me that he could not give me an expected lead time, because "Sometimes the trucks drive over the weekend and sometimes they don't and we do not know before the time" This is an inferior service! How do I book a service if they can not estimate delivery time? I have worked in the international logistics industry for 30 years prior and never have I received this poor service from any agent.

This is ridiculous.
