Extremely Poor Service

I have never been soo disgusted!!

A guy by the name of "Iviwe Yedwa" who is supposed to deliver my order from Makro is taking me for a fool, he called me on the 31st of December 2024 for an order that was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of December 2024 to ask me which area do i stay in i told him and he told me he is not going that side that day he will either deliver Thursday/Friday (02 January 2025/03 January 2025) i had to call him on the 03 January 2025 and ask when am i getting my order as i had not received my order yet and he told me there is not escort when was supposed to hear that information when there is no one giving me feedback and he told me i must call the office, now i must use my airtime and go after them?? Talk about great service!!

I literally just called this guy and he picked up the phone and continued having a chat with his friends!!

I am just soo annoyed with The Courier Guy and their poor service!!
