Extremely Poor Service

First time I used them - great service. Envelope from Pretoria to Ceres. Second time they brought back my envelope two weeks after I handed it to them instead of delivering it to my client.. Third time they could not tell me why an envelope was not collected. Was there just now, waited for ten minutes while the lady was on the phone, then asked her to phone me back. 20 minutes later - still no answer. I will not use them again.
