Extremely poor service

Terrible service. I'm extremely disappointed in Courier Guy. I ordered a parcel from a business in Johannesburg. When it had to be delivered it took at least two weeks of the parcel being at the local hub. The falsely logged that it has been delivered when it wasn't and kept saying failed delivery and that no one answers the phone even though non of the drivers called my number or even the additional number I eventually provided. When the parcel was eventually delivered it was the wrong size so I had to return it. It's been more than 3 weeks of poor service and they still haven't picked it up. All the keep saying is failed pickup. This is specifically aimed at the Bloemfontein Hub. It is honestly ridiculous. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be using them again.
