Extremely poor service

I would like to a log a complaint. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Thursday I was not told they just rescheduled it. Than on Friday I received a call from a person who name is Bafan he advise he can not deliver my parcel as he is out of the area. He than said he can do it on Saturday I canceled my plans to wait for him. I waited till 11:30 no phone call. I decided to call him he told me the parcel was given to someone else they will deliver it before 4:30. I received a message again to advise that they can only do it on Monday very unprofessional services.
