Extremely frustrating experience.

The courier had no problem delivering my Amazon order to the collection address, but somehow cannot pick up a return from the exact same address. This makes absolutely no sense.

There has been zero human communication to explain the issue or resolve it. All updates come from an ineffective WhatsApp bot that provides no real assistance and just repeats the same messages.

Returning a faulty product should not be this difficult. Poor communication, poor support, and an overall disappointing service.

I would not recommend this courier based on this experience.
