Extremely disgusted by the service

I am absolutely upset, a driver named Ashley from the Courier guy company called me a moment ago to tell me they do not delivery parcels at this time of the year because of *******. I paid for a door to door, there is no information about such there, i would not have paid if my parcel will not be delivered he then advise i will not get my parcel then and i will not get my refund as well. The company is surely aware of any ******* and should shared that with paying clients before paying. I am expecting my parcel at the delivery address or my full order & delivery amount refund.I paid for the service i paid, no such information was shared in advise so that i can choose a reliable courier company i had deliveries done last week by dawn king & aramex i had no such hastles. And i will not be bul**** by courier to spend more that i already soent paying for delivery now being told to meet up somewhere, at whose expense?
