Extremely Disappointing Service – Failed Overnight Delivery JS9VQV

I am beyond disappointed with the service received from The Courier Guy. My experience has been a series of delays, additional charges, and ultimately, a complete failure to deliver to the correct address. The Timeline:

Monday, 23 March: My parcel was collected for overnight delivery.

Tuesday, 24 March: I was contacted by Maswazi Nkosi regarding a measurement discrepancy. I immediately paid the additional R 120.00 adjustment to ensure there were no further delays.

Wednesday, 25 March: I received a confirmation and a PIN stating my parcel would arrive before 17:00.

The Issue: Despite paying a premium for express service and cooperating with additional billing, the tracking system now shows my parcel was delivered to the wrong location.

I have sent numerous emails to the support center, but I have received no resolution or meaningful assistance. I paid a significant amount of money for professional, reliable logistics, but instead, I am left without my parcel and no answers.

This has been a terrible experience. I expected much better from a brand like The Courier Guy. I will not be using this service again.
