Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid The Courier Guy

I am honestly shocked at how terrible my experience with The Courier Guy has been. Their service is absolutely unacceptable. I cancelled my parcel and was told I would not receive a refund — even though they never delivered anything!

Their customer service is useless and completely unhelpful. I’ve called, emailed, and tried to sort this out, but they simply don’t care about helping their customers. Instead of resolving the issue, they pass the blame and make excuses.

A company that refuses to take accountability and treats customers this way doesn’t deserve any trust or loyalty. I will never use The Courier Guy again and I’ll make sure others know how poorly they handle their clients.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay far away from them.
