Extremely Disappointed: Incorrect Weight Charge on Waybill 3WXQLJ

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from The Courier Guy. We booked a box on 27 February with Waybill Number 3WXQLJ. The actual weight of the parcel was 4.4 kg, yet we were incorrectly charged for 13 kg.

This is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary frustration, especially since the booking was made accurately and in good faith. Overcharging by such a large margin raises serious concerns about transparency and quality control.

To date, we have received no proper explanation or assistance in correcting this error. The lack of communication and accountability from The Courier Guy is extremely disappointing.

I am posting this review in the hope that the issue will finally be addressed urgently. The weight charge needs to be corrected, and proper customer service should be provided.

Customers deserve fairness, honesty, and reliable service — none of which we have experienced in this situation.
