Extremely disappointed in Courier Guy (Pudo)

I paid for my parcel to be delivered. Instead of delivering the parcel, they placed it in a locker. After contacting them multiple times, I finally got a response saying that the parcel will be delivered the following day. The driver also phoned my husband the following day (yesterday) saying it will be delivered the same day. Got a notification this morning saying it is out for delivery. I phoned the branch and the driver, and all they had to say is that he did not have time (from 8:30 in the morning) to deliver. Will be delivered today. Today is already 5 days. The company it has to be delivered to, is closed on a Saturday. I am very disappointed!!
