Extremely disappointed customer.

Absolutely appalling service. My parcel was placed with Courier Guy Ottery Kiosk -CPT on the 31st August 2022. 6th September I made contact because no parcel was received. 7th September they confirm the parcel is missing, they willing to "reimburse" but they cannot reimburse the ****ing inconvenience this will cost me! I have to fly to another province to sort this ****ing issue out. for a replacement of my lost item it will take 3 months for a replacement! This also means I will miss my admission deadline. Thanks for ****ing nothing. I will never use this service, I will never encourage anyone to use this service. Its pathetic. Rather pay a little bit more to use another service provider because the Courier guy will disappoint you. There is a flaw in your process and service - if you are unable to find the things people have left with you in confidence then you are in the wrong business.
