Extremely disappointed by courier guy service, would never recommend it to anyone

I received an email on the 20 Dec stating my parcel is out for delivery I should be available and answer the phone. Stayed the whole day in the house no call, no delivery guy at the entrance. At around 12h57 I receive an email that the shipment could not be delivered as no one was home. How is that even possible, why lie? I try to log a complaint on the link provided then was told i will get the parcel on Monday, all this happened on Saturday. Now tell me why on Monday the same thing happens again. Still no one delivered the parcel.
