Extremely bad service not being refunded

Awful service and poor results to try to solve problems and mayor delay to refund my balance. Drivers lying about being at address to collect numerous times. After evidence provided to Courier Guy no one cared to rectify their mistakes or held drivers responsible, instead I was treated as if I did something wrong. Packages that was collected was late with delivery after paying an overnight fee. It has been two weeks and I still have not been refunded but they were quick to close the account. Extremely bad service, will never use them again
