Extremely bad service lately

I have been having a lot of issues with this company lately. From sending parcels to incorrect addresses or towns to taking a week for an order to be send from Johannesburg to Cape Town. One of the call center agents even put the phone down in my ear when requesting what they will be doing to get my parcel wrongly delivered in Kimberley instead of Vanderbijlpark to me. Kimberley branch spoke to me and the next day denies speaking to me. They also do not always pick up the same day and Overnight doesn't mean OVERNIGHT. A year of 2 ago The Courier Guy did great, but starting to slip up a lot.
