Extremely Bad service from The courier guy

I booked my collection on Tuesday then they collected on Thursday, the parcel was suppose to go to KZN Ladysmith from Johannesburg. They take the parcel to Durban, when i enquir nobody knows why it went to Durban and now it is stuck in Harrismith and i am told that i will get it Tuesday of which it is an extremely late as i needed my parcel by Friday. I am so Disappointed with courier guy, their services are extremely bad and would not recommend they to anyone as they fail to take responsibility, nobody knows yet the waybill is there with my address.
