EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM THE COURIER GUY

A slasher has been sent to me from Klerksdorp kiost and I had to pay R2028-83 for that. The sender asked the people there not to remove the PTO as this is a unit and one parcel. Well, the PTO was removed and travelled around up to now. Apparently this is in Johannesburg as we speak. The slasher I have received, was so damaged and scratched that i wanted to cancel the transaction with my supplier. It was really in a very very bad shape. You could see that courier guy just loaded other heavy stuff on my beautifull painted slasher... I am furius and my PTO still not here.
