Extremely bad service from a company that advertised big on customer satisfaction

I purchased a part online and the courier guy was the courier and had to wait a week for the parcel only for them to tell me the package has no farm surcharge and that i need to collect from their depot, no where on the sellers website or on the courier guy website did it mention of farm surcharge.
