EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE - ACTUALLY NO SERVICE
WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. STUPID ME TO TRUST THEM WITH MY PARCEL!!!!!!!!!!

03 Dec 2021, 08:07Yesterday customer service was non existent to try and get my parcel.WELL ... I thought that was bad ... the courier guy eventually got to our complex, to much in a rush to go to the gate for my daughter to get it, he through the glass filled package to her over the palasade and electric fencing. Luckely she caught it.
One of the glass items were broken inside. The person who sent the parcel paid an extra R50 to have the goods put in a box. NO BOX.
PATHETIC ... NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I OR ANYBODY I KNOW USE THIS COMPANY .... PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
