Extremely bad service

The Courier Guy has the worst service ever there is always an issue when I am expecting a delivery from them. Today my parcel was out for delivery since morning, then later on during the day the status changes to 'no one to receive parcel' but no one even called about the parcel and I specifically had a delivery note to say they must call first since the delivery address is my work address because I know they would never come deliver at my place in Khayelitsha. Previously when my orders were meant to be delivered at home they would call to say I must meet them at the police station which is a long walking distance from where I stay. So my question is why pay for door to door delivery when you have to go somewhere else to get your parcel and why do they accept parcels for areas where they consider high risk... I'm very unpleased with this company. I just hope my parcel does not get lost because now since they didn't deliver it, it will keep going back and forth
