Extreme poor Service from Courier Guy

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent performance of your courier services. Over the past three occasions, I have experienced significant delays and unreliability in the collection of my machines, in this case my machine here at Stellenbosch. On each of these instances, the scheduled collection time was missed, causing considerable inconvenience and wasted time for me the sender. I recently travelled to travel a substantial distance to wrap and prepare the machine for pickup, only to find that your courier service had failed to arrive as promised. This repeated failure has resulted in substantial financial losses and a significant amount of time and effort wasted. I sender has incurred additional expenses due to the delayed shipment and has missed valuable opportunities as a result. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the consistent unreliability of your service is unacceptable. I believe that it is essential for your company to address these issues promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your customers. I would like to request a thorough investigation into these incidents and appropriate measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I may be compelled to share my experience on social media platforms, which could negatively impact your company's reputation.
