Extreme Dissapointed

I would like to express my extreme dissappointment.

I requested a courier for overnight. Collection took place on the 8th, and to date the link to track parcel only states collected.

We specifically noted that this parcel needed to arrive the next day as the recipient was heading to a funeral in the Eastern Cape.

Failure of this resulted in courier charges, as well as having to reimburse the recipient for the parcel goods. Also I included in the parcel a gift for the family as they mourn.

I was assured of the excellent service by your company, yet this experience leaves me never opting to use your service nor recommend it.
