Extreme bad service,no accountability, unreliable

Case # ***5: My experience with courier guy has been extremely bad. Zero accountability, from breaking my products to sending wrong parcels, agents communicating different messages. This specific case is another proof of that. They sent a wrong parcel to my client,promised to deliver the next day to date they haven't delivered. After making me hold on line for an hour yesterday and today , they now say the locker doesn't open, We work so hard only to loose clients because is such services. My client has been told wait for Monday to receive their delivery. What kind of service is this? This was my experience the whole week.
