EXTREME ARROGANCE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

CLAIM NUMBER- BC27696 / 1724 On 2 December 2025, a driver from your company collided with a vehicle behind me, causing that vehicle to be pushed into my car and resulting in damage to my vehicle. Since your driver initiated the accident, I submitted a claim with your insurer, Westwood Insurance Brokers. My claim was rejected with no proper explanation or assistance, despite my request for someone to contact me to discuss the matter. I was informed that I should instead claim from the second driver. However, this second driver refuses to provide his employer or insurance details, which has prevented me from progressing the claim. The manner in which both The Courier Guy and Westwood Insurance Brokers have handled this matter has been extremely disappointing. I have been met with dismissive and unhelpful responses, particularly from the insurer’s legal departmen ,more especially if you BLACK The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend either organisation based on this experience and
