******* extra Courier charge

Firstly they charged me more than double the quoted amount as my parcel was 5cm longer and 15 cm higher and weighed half a kilo [ if that ! As I weighed it and it was under a kilo ] than I stipulated. The banking details provided for the extra amount were so confusing - I spent 3 hours trying to talk to someone to assist. I got a quote from RAM that was R 20 more than the R 173.00 quoted from The Courier Guy for the LARGER parcel and same delivery time.!! RAM quoted R195.00 - I ended up paying Courier Guy over R 350.00!!
