Extra charges **** from Bloemfontein courier guy

The Courier guy BLOEMFONTEIN, so my overnight package from the 28th of July hasn’t been delivered and I was charged R158,70… they now say my account is in arrears and im now owing R334,70 so they charged me R534,70 for a package that weighs 1,8kg, regional overnight delivery. I’m demanding answers and courier guy’s stuff is merely useless. They forwarded my call to the manager who literally just started shouting at me. Disgusting service!!!
