Excusses and empty promises

Do not recommend them for you business!!! We've had 3-4 missed collection dates that have cost us money, Even after several calls to find out why the parcel is not picked up , going on for days, Empty promises and lame excuses. Even after saying that we will close the account they just have stories. We have moved our business elsewhere
