Exceptional Service

A big shout-out to Charné from The Courier Guy in Parys for exceptional service. This lady went beyond her duties to assist us in tracking down a supplier who kept on making empty promises for weeks, for delivery of goods via The Courier Guy Parys, sending us waybill information which did not exist... Charné kept us updated with the progress she made every time she was in contact with the supplier. This morning she send us a very welcome personal message confirming that they have now received the parcel from the said supplier and that our parcel is on its way!

Charné, ons mees opregte dank teenoor jou vir al jou moeite. Jy het aan ons bewys dat daar werklik nog mense daar buite is wat nie sal skroom om daardie ekstra myl te loop nie, en hul medemens (vreemdelinge in ons geval) van hulp te wees.
