Exceptional delivery service

I scheduled a PUDO collection from Barrydale to Mossel Bay. The lockers at OK Barrydale were off-line, I telephoned The Courier Guy, Heidelberg and , totally unfazed, the collection arrangements were sorted. I was then advised that Postnet Mossel Bay refuses to accept any Courier Guy deliveries and did I have an alternate address. The parcel was safely delivered the next day.
