Excellent support from Xolani Lavisa

I booked an overnight courier service with The Courier Guy to send a parcel before cutoff time.

Unfortunately, after waiting the whole day while being available, the collection was marked as “Collection failed attempt: Sender Unavailable,” which was odd because I had been available throughout the day.

However, after contacting customer support, Xolani Lavisa stepped in and made sure my order was attended to and that the parcel was collected. I really appreciate the effort and urgency shown by Xolani in resolving the issue.
