Excellent service kudos to you

I would like to take moment and appreciate the excellent work the courier guy is doing. I was not home when they came deliver my parcel and the guy was so patient and told him to wait a bit while I make arrangements and he waited 10 minutes later the parcel was collected and he then called again to tell me who he left the parcel with.
