Excellent Service from Promise Masilela

I had a problem accessing my The Courier Guy account because I had forgotten my password, and unfortunately, I wasn’t receiving the password reset link when I tried the “Forgot Password” option. I then contacted The Courier Guy via WhatsApp, and Promise Masilela from the JHB Head Office assisted me. What really stood out to me was his patience and willingness to go the extra mile. My account was apparently not appearing on the system, and I didn’t even know the account name.

The guy went back and forth between the call and WhatsApp, trying different ways to locate my account. He didn’t simply tell me that he couldn’t find it and leave me to figure it out myself. He kept assisting until he eventually managed to locate my account.

Thanks to his persistence, I was able to access my account and successfully book my collection. Promise Masilela, thank you so much for your patience, professionalism and for taking ownership of my query until it was resolved. You truly went above and beyond, and I believe excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognised.

The Courier Guy is fortunate to have someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.
